Kelly Clarkson

KellyKelly Clarkson (in full Kelly Brianne Clarkson) was born on the 24th of April on April 24, 1982 in Fort Worth, Texas. Clarkson is an American performer, songwriter and TV host. As of 2002, she won the American Idol talent contest. Clarkson was born at Burleson Texas (a suburb within Fort Worth), where her talents in singing were first noticed by her seventh-grade singing teacher. When she graduated from high school, Clarkson moved for a visit to Los Angeles to try to get into the showbiz. After returning home to Texas In 2002, Clarkson took part in the FOX Broadcasting Company's American Idol. This singing competition allowed viewers to select their favourite performer. Clarkson was loved by viewers for her charismatic voice and wit. The prize she received for winning the contest was $1million and a recording contract with RCA.
